I have 5 nights in Luang Prabang, (my 2nd visit) and I am undecided if I should go to Vang Vieng or not and I am not interested to visit the caves.
Can you tell me how the the town centre size and vibe compared to Luang Prabang ? Are there any cafe with air-conditioning ? Any night market ?
